These terms and conditions ("Agreement") apply between the vd66 platform ("Platform", "Site") and any person who registers on or uses this site ("User", "you"). By accessing the site, creating an account, or starting to use any service, you are considered to have fully agreed to these terms. 2.1 Age Verification

vd66 is committed to protecting minors from online gambling. We reserve the right to verify age at any time using an identity card, national ID or other valid document. Transactions may be suspended until verification is completed.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each user may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name, from the same device, or using the same IP address is strictly prohibited. In such cases, vd66 reserves the right to close all related accounts and forfeit any balances.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. You are directly responsible for any activity conducted through your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact our support team immediately.

3.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration — name, address, phone number and payment details — must be true and accurate. Providing false information may result in the account being suspended or permanently closed.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

vd66 currently supports the following payment methods in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and other major commercial banks). Transactions through methods not on this list are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing Time

vd66 generally aims to complete withdrawals within 1 hour. However, delays may occur due to identity verification, anti-fraud review or system maintenance.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

vd66 complies with anti-money laundering policies. If any unusual or suspicious transaction is detected, we are obliged to verify or suspend it. Funds deposited through a particular payment account will be returned via that same method at the time of withdrawal.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → bonus ৳2,000 → total balance ৳3,000.
• Deposit ৳22,000 → bonus capped at ৳20,000 → total balance ৳42,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A wagering requirement of 15x applies to the bonus amount (on the bonus funds only, not on the deposit). Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳30,000 in bets must be placed before withdrawing.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

vd66 reserves the right to cancel bonuses if a user attempts to withdraw without meeting bonus requirements, claims bonuses through multiple accounts, or uses specific strategies to fulfil wagering requirements. vd66's decision is final in all promotional matters.

5.4 VIP Program

vd66's VIP program has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond — which are advanced based on user activity. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier. vd66 reserves the right to cancel or modify VIP membership.

6.1 General Betting Terms

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error or display issue, that bet will be considered void. If a sports event is stopped midway for any reason, settlement will be carried out in accordance with vd66's policy.

6.2 Slots & Casino Games

All slots and casino games are operated through certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures the impartiality of outcomes. General information about a game's RTP (Return to Player) is determined by the game provider.

6.3 System Errors

Any winnings obtained as a result of a system error, network disruption or software bug may be considered void. In such cases, the user's deposited funds will be returned.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vd66 platform:

• Attempting to hack, crack or gain unauthorised access to accounts.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts or automated software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Collusion — gaining an unfair advantage by collaborating with other users.
• Attempting to make unethical profit by exploiting system vulnerabilities.
• Harassing, threatening or using offensive language towards other users.

If any of the above activities are proven, the account will be immediately closed, all balances and bonuses will be forfeited, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

10.2 Account Closure by the User

You may close your account at any time by notifying our support team in writing. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any eligible balance before closure.

10.3 Account Closure by vd66

In cases of violation of these terms, fraud or illegal activity, vd66 may close the account immediately and without prior notice.

vd66 will not be liable under any circumstances for direct or indirect damages arising from technical errors, network disruptions, third-party software faults or unexpected service outages.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, vd66's total liability shall in no case exceed the amount of the transaction in question.

vd66 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. We will post a notice on the website for significant changes. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken as your acceptance of the revised terms.
